These terms cover use of this website and the general expectations around quotes, scheduling, and warranty on our countertop work.

Using this website

The content on this site — photos, material descriptions, edge profiles, and guides — is provided for general information about our work. Colors and veining shown on screen are representative; natural stone and engineered slabs vary, so always confirm the actual slab before purchase.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes given by phone, email, or through this website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed after we template your space and verify square footage, edge profile, cutouts, and material availability. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days; material prices can change with vendor pricing.

Scheduling, template, and install

Most kitchens are installed 1.5 to 2 weeks after template. Cabinets must be installed, level, and secured before we template. We do not supply sinks, faucets, or appliances — those need to be on site at template so cutouts are accurate. Plumbing and electrical disconnect and reconnect are handled by your plumber or electrician unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Deposits and payment

A deposit is required to order material and schedule fabrication. The remaining balance is due on completion of installation. Material selected and cut for your project is non-returnable.

Warranty

Our workmanship carries a 1-year labor warranty covering seams, shifting, edge detachment, and caulking related to our installation. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, heat, standing water, harsh chemicals, improper cleaning products, structural or cabinet movement, or work performed by others on our installed surfaces.

Cancellations and changes

Let us know as early as possible about changes to layout, material, or edge profile. Changes after template or after fabrication has started may affect pricing and the install date. Cancellations after material has been ordered or cut are subject to material and labor costs already incurred.
