Do I need construction or sales experience?
No. We'll give you everything you need — a full onboarding guide, a materials reference sheet, and support from our team.
How much can I earn?
Earnings scale with the number of leads you bring in. We'll walk you through the full commission structure and typical per-job payouts during onboarding.
What area do you serve?
Bay Area, including Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Clayton, Lafayette, Pleasanton, Alamo, Danville, Orinda, and surrounding communities.
Am I an employee?
No — you work as an independent contractor. You set your own hours and work on your own schedule. We issue a 1099 at year-end.
